my room was basic but clean, and the room air conditioning was very welcome. good sized balcony with a view of Vesuvius. hotel location is very close to the Pompeii ruins - 5-10 minute walk. staff were very kind and helpful. budget hotel - no frills.

Great view, cleanliness, quiet place, and very close to the commuting and pompeii gate (the one without stairs). Overall very happy with host. We were in winter here and it was unusually cold for south of Italy but AC was working in a way that we needed to lower down temperature as it was heating very good. I guess the AC is maintained on time so I believe you will not have problems with heat in summers as well. Host is good and wants to help in a case of a need and is football fan, so if you like, you can chat about it. Staff is also nice (cleaning lady) always with a smile, that kinda cheers you up. Overall we were really happy with a stay. Oh and there is an elevator, which made our life easy with a baby. :)

Staff were great. Very friendly and accommodating. The room was impeccable clean and nice and bright. Smelt lovely and the bed was very comfortable. There were facilities in the hallway to make tea/coffee yourself. Great location for walking to the historical site too.

Greet staff great location .. i lost my wallet and the receptionist salvatore gave it back to me and he took me by his own car to the station when i was leaving .. i will never be able to say how much i liked the rooms and staff and salvatore !!

The food was fantastic, authentic Italian cooking and fabulous value. The staff were lovely and friendly, the manager in particular was so helpful, gave great advice about sightseeing, chatted to us at mealtimes and even took us in his own car to the chemist when hubby needed some medication. Altogether a great place to stay, we will definitely go back.

The dinner is authentic, tasty and huge portion! And the staff (Salvatora and the chef) are the best staff at any accommodation we've every met!
