Good afternoon We really enjoyed staying in the apartment. Everything you need for life is already there: dishes, linens, towels, even an umbrella for the beach. Geographically located in the center of Bari. Several grocery stores within 5-10 minutes. Walking to the beach with children was 30 minutes. Special thanks to Sergio for his responsiveness. The owner quickly answered all questions on booking.com even at the booking stage. Upon arrival, he gave links (addresses) of the most beautiful and memorable places to visit, as well as inexpensive cafes. Thus, the rest came out comfortable, interesting and easy. Thank you!

Big and clean apartament. Nice location 10 minutes to central railway station and 30 min to beach. A lot of shops and cafe around.

Everything is good. Sergio is very nice person. You can call him anytime if you need something. He gave us the some recomendations were to go on our holidays. Flat is clean, it have washing machine and everything what you need to make food. Neighbourhood is very peacfull. Everything is about 5-15 min walk out of house. Shops, centre, beach, train station. The apartment was very comfortable, the beds really good, all the facilities were as advertised. I would recommend installing an AC for the hottest of summer days, but all in all my friends and I were extremely satisfied with our experience and our stay in the apartment. The host was the most welcoming and accommodating person. Our flight landed at 7:00 am and even though check in isn't until 14:00, he offered to store our luggage, so we wouldn't have to explore the city with it. He gave us a lot of suggestions for places to visit, restaurants that were not tourist traps, but instead provided an authentic Italian experience at a reasonable price.

Obwohl wir ziemlich spät anreisten, hat der Gastgeber auf uns gewartet und uns bis zum Parkhaus begleitet, wo wir unser Auto nur für 10€/Tag parken durften. In Bari ist die Parksituation sehr schlecht und wir waren sehr dankbar, dass wir diese Option hatten. Der Gastgeber Sergio ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam- er hat uns viele Tipps gegeben und war immer zu erreichen, egal, ob wir nur eine Frage hatten. Die Wohnung ist super zentral gelegen, alles in fussläufiger Entfernung zu erreichen. Dank der vielen Tipps, die uns Sergio gegeben hat, hatten wir wunderschöne 4 Tage in Bari und Umgebung.

Cercavamo un alloggio per famiglia in zona policlinico di bari. Dall'alloggio al policlinico circa 15 min di strada a piedi. La zona è tranquilla e silenziosa , ben servita da mezzi pubblici. Ottima la pulizia degli ambienti , sicuramente da consigliare

Всичко ни хареса, апартамента е голям, достатъчно голям, за да играят децата на криеница. Близо е до спирка и до гарата. Ние взехме кола под наем. Домакинът ни показа място за паркиране, което беше свободно през целия ни престой. Може и късмет да е, но беше много удобно. Домакинът е много любезен, отговаряше на всички наши въпроси. Знае английски, което е голямо предимство. Препоръчвам!
