Located in the heart of the beautiful Gulf of Castellammare, this bright and spacious apartment now features individual air conditioning in all bedrooms. Enjoy a lovely terrace with a small sea view and a sunny balcony overlooking the mountains. A free private parking and fast Wi-Fi are available for your convenience. The first-floor apartment (second in American English) includes a well-equipped kitchen with terrace access, a cozy living area with a sofa, a dining table for six, and a TV with Netflix. Just a 4-minute walk from the beach and a short drive to top attractions, shops, and restaurants. The area is peaceful, with nightlife just minutes away by car. The fenced property is illuminated and video monitored 24/7. We’ve also added extra services and amenities for families! Baby cot and baby bath tub is offered complimentary. Our property rises in a quiet seaside area, between Palermo and Trapani and close to one of the longest sandy beaches in Italy. Restaurants, bars/cafes with ice creams are a short walk from the property and a grocery store is open during the summer season until October. The main supermarkets are about 3.5km away and easily accessible by car. An extensive range of shops and restaurants are easily reachable within few minutes by car. (If you don’t have a car don’t worry! We’ll assist to ensure you have all you need for a comfortable stay!) The A29/ E90 motorway is a 3 minute drive from the property, making excursions easier and faster. A car/ motorbike is highly recommended to best explore the area. Palermo and Trapani airports are easily accessible in about 30 and 45 minutes by car respectively. Castellammare del Golfo, Scopello, the Zingaro Nature Reserve, San Vito lo Capo, Palermo, Trapani, Erice, Monreale are just some of the places easily accessible in a few minutes drive up to/ less than an hour's drive from the property. Cefalù is reachable in 1h30 minutes drive. Agrigento Valley of Temples is reachable in 1h50 minutes drive. Many other places/ sites are easily accessible and we will be happy to offer advice on how to best plan your excursions in this authentic corner of Sicily. In addition to the sea, culture and beaches, take advantage of going to the spa! The free natural thermal waters and 2 spas can be reached in about 15 minutes by car from the property.
