Location was great it is at the heard of the city and nearly 2 minutes walk to Duomo. It was my fiirst time in Milan and becuse of the location of the hotel I felt lucky. The room was great and big enough to live in. I think there is only one problem with the hotel ie. trams' sound and I think you will never mind this problem since the other facilities that it serves exceed your expectations. staff was great and hotel was safe enough you do not feel yourself unsecure. please be noted it is not a real hotel with the reception and other facilities in. it is like one floor hotel with only rooms side by side and a small receiption where recptionists are always away from there. You should search for the hotel since there is no sign or private entrance for it. you will find the hotel in the 1st floor not in the ground floor but in any case if you are looking for a cozy and comfortable place with ease of transportation to the city center this is the perfect place for you.

The location is right near Piazza del Duomo and the metro station - cannot be beat. Several great restaurants nearby. The room was large by European standards - and included a refrigerator which was a bonus. They do not serve breakfast at the hotel but you get an Espresso machine in your room which is easy to use and makes excellent espresso.

There is nothing to say about the place- it’s in the middle of the middle! the rooms are very clean, the bed gives the real rest you need, the bathroom has everything you want to be. But the main thing here is about the service staff. Arif and Ursula are the so kind and professional, ready to help to solve any problems you have! I really mean it because they did it for in very critical moment. Thank them a lot.

The location was great!! 2 Min walk to the dome!! Room was nice and clean!! It was a bit noisy from the street car at night but not to interfere with your sleep!!
