The amount shown by the portal includes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contract and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.

The apartment is very bright and welcoming, located in a beautiful Florentine building in one of the most exclusive streets of Florence. The apartment is 10 minutes away from the Duomo and a few steps from the river Arno. The space consists of a slepping area with a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom with shower, while tje living area is characterizes by a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room with  sofa. Service limitation: The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day. Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons. For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required  As per italian law n°214/2011 (art. 40.1) the italian police require us to report our guests' identification details.
