Our family business, 'Agriturismo La Conca', born in 1981, started by a small plot of land and a ruined house, today there are four ancient farmhouses restored preserving the traditions and 300 acres of park where live animals in the wild and where organic farming is done. Villa Cantone is a newly restored Villa, situated on a hill at 1 km from our town, It can accomodate up to 23 people in 9 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, it has a professional super accessorized kitchen and a big living room where you can eat all together. Outside there is a beautiful new pool for children and adults, covered terrace with view on the pool and over the valley; barbecue and pizza oven. Four years ago when we started the restoration of the villa we found a source of sulphurous water rich in beneficial properties; This gave us the idea to create a SPA for take advantage of this water. The SPA consists of gym, changing rooms, massage room, sauna, hammam, emotional and rustic shower and hot tub. The Villa is equipped with: - Professional kitchen for all the guests of the house with fridge, freezer, electric oven, industrial dishwasher, dishes of all kinds. -Living Room with fireplace, tables and chairs for all the guests, drinking water from the natural source, satellite TV and DVD. -9 Bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, one of which is accessible for disabled people for a total of 23 beds.

The Villa is located in the park of 300 acres, with many trails for hiking and Nordic walking, houses for sighting animals, bird watching, tree house and shelter, horse riding, archery, Private fishing Lake with free entry only 50 meters form Villa Cantone.. and a lot of other activities.. Is possible to have the chef who come directly to the Villa and cook for you. Sansepolcro, our thousand-year old city is rich in art and history with the important Museum of Piero della Francesca, The Museum of Aboca Erbe, the Cathedral and the old town full of Renaissance, the Medici Fortress. Ideal place to combine nature and culture Nearby you can visit many small villages typical Tuscany Anghiari, Citerna, Monterchi, Città di Castello, Caprese Michelangelo, La Verna .. until you come to Assisi, Gubbio, Perugia, Arezzo, Florence, Lucca, San Marino. In our town there are many restaurants, where you will have some of the discounts as a guest at our Villa, Bar, Museums, Pizzerias, Supermarkets at really good prices.
