Villa Caterina offers all the comforts to spend a stone's throw from the city (Aurelio/Vatican) a real vacation full of relaxation. The villa consists of two different apartments, independents and autonomous, fully equipped with bedrooms, bathroom and a breakfast corner. The areas of the pool, the kitchen and the gym, are in sharing between the 2 apartments. The villa has a private swimming pool for the exclusive use of the 2 apartments, with a retractable cover that allows the water to be heated up to 30°C and therefore its use from May to October. The first apartment, Scilla, on two levels, consists of a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a living room with sofa bed, two bathrooms. It can host up to 4 people. All rooms have a terrace with a view. The villa is on the hill and offers a unique view and sunsets, an oasis of peace and silence. The space The Scilla apartment includes: on the ground floor a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower and terrace; on the first floor a single room with a French bed, which also has a terrace; a bathroom with bathtub and shower, a living room equipped for breakfast with refrigerator and coffee maker, a large terrace with solarium and panoramic view. The second apartment, Fata Morgana, is a large studio that accommodates up to 3 guests. The studio space has private access from the garden, and a beautiful view of it, with a large glass window. The accommodation has a living room with sofa and TV, sleeping area with double bed and single armchair bed; a corner equipped for breakfast, with refrigerator and coffee maker; a large bathroom with shower. Guest access Guests have independent access to all the outdoor spaces of the villa (garden, pool area, gym and kitchen).
