Nice close location to No 2 bus into Venice, easy to catch and only a short trip. Hotel was peaceful and quiet and off street parking was great for a fee. Room was clean and bed was good. Breakfast was nice.

**The location is very optimal! Less than 5 minute walk from Supermarkets and the main Venezia Mestre train station. **For people who wants to work or watch movies with their phone or computer they have a very good internet connection! 🤩 **Room looks very clean and well maintained. Room service is good.

We travelled with two kids, booked the Comfort Junior Suite for a one night stay. The rooms were spacious, bathroom with a shower and a bath, comfy beds. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection to choose from, the staff was super nice and helpful. The hotel itself was lovely, well organized and clean. The rooms have smart air-conditioning and a recycling bin for waste separation - which is a nice touch. Hotel is on a quiet street, but close to the bus station - perfect for a day trip to Venice.
