United KingdomFrom check-in to check-out, the staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. Our room was spotless and had everything you'd expect from a good hotel. Breakfast was ample - plenty of options to cater for all tastes. The coffee, however - Nescafé from a machine! In Italy?? Come on!! The hotel's parking is underground and cheaper/safer than on-street. I imagine that most people will stay here as a cheaper alternative to staying in Taormina - if that's your plan, there's a bus stop 100m from the hotel with a bus to Taormina every 15 minutes (driving is pointless). We hired a scooter though, way more fun! The hotel offer discounts for loungers at a couple of local beaches although we never visited those.

Staff and all employees are professional and always to help you. From long time I didn't find so nice people. If you travel in Giardini Naxos it's a good choice.

The manager is always there to make sure you have everything what you need! I would recommend it if you are travelling alone or with family! I stayed in one of those little houses and I must stay that it made my stay as I was looking for some quiet time!
RussiaHotel was situated in perfect area. Near beaches, bus stop yards away and easy to buy tickets went to Taormina for €3 return! Gorgeous hotel, friendly staff, spacious room with balcony. Breakfast very good and sitting on terrace to eat was perfect in the morning. Pool and sun beds excellent. Claudia on reception was so cheerful and couldn’t have been more helpful, lovely lady.
