The hosts were amazing and the breakfast was better than at a hotel. They had several choices every morning and squeezed juice that was awesome. Our two chihuahuas were very welcome and we would definitely stay again!

Great spot for kite and party. Everything what you need in the area of 500m including kite schools, beach clubs and restaurants. The hosts are extremely kind and they really try to make your life easier. I recommend strongly!

Excellent hospitality by Francesco! Family.owned place recently built on a vineyard lot. Perfectly new, clean, everything in excellent condition. Fantastic breakfast with cakes, roll and marmalade all made by Mamma. Walking distance from kiteboarding spot. Spacious parking. Would stay again definitely. Good price for value

The villa was situated really nicely with nature and just around the corner to several kitespots. It was very clean, modern and comfortable. The highlight was the breakfast, which offered a great variety of all you could think off.

We booked the upper sea view room with terrace and it was perfect. Spent many nights sipping wine and having dinner on the private upper terrace.Spotless home, large clean rooms. Excellent breakfast. Free bikes available, beach umbrellas ( San Teodoro is 10 mins away and gorgeous). Host went out of his way to help us. He even produces and sells delicious wine. Can walk easily everywhere in Birgi ( restaurants and kite schools). Would definitely book here again for the next kite trip!
