To comply with current regulations, all guests, including minors, must complete the mandatory registration before arrival. Submission of identity documents: Each guest must provide a valid document (ID Card, Passport, or Driver’s License). Online identity verification: The system includes a guest recognition process before access. Access code reception: The entry code for the villa will be sent only after the registration process is completed. Tourist tax: It will be automatically calculated based on the number of nights booked and can be paid online at the end of the check-in process. The tax applies for a maximum of 5 days for guests aged 14 and older.

An outdoor shower with hot water and a service bathroom complete the area, ensuring maximum comfort. The covered outdoor kitchen is perfect for al fresco dining, featuring a large wooden table, gas BBQ, wood-fired oven, stove, and handcrafted marble sink. A spacious refrigerator, TV, washing machine, and dryer add extra convenience. Inside, the open-plan living room and kitchen offer a welcoming space with a large sofa, a TV above the stone fireplace, and a wooden dining table for six. The kitchen, enriched with marble details, is fully equipped with a main refrigerator and a wine fridge. The sleeping area includes three air-conditioned double bedrooms: the master bedroom with a private bathroom and walk-in closet, a second with a large wardrobe, and a third with an adjacent walk-in closet. A sofa bed in the living room offers an additional sleeping option, while two full bathrooms ensure comfort for all guests. The villa is located in Alcamo Marina, just 800 meters from the fabulous sandy beach of "Zona Aleccia," which offers visitors the choice between a free public beach or a paid equipped one. Additionally, it is only a 20-minute drive from all essential services, such as supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, pizzerias, and bars. The villa is situated halfway between the airports of Palermo and Trapani, a 10-minute drive from the main highway, making it the ideal starting point for exploring the wonders of Western Sicily and swimming at some of the most beautiful and exclusive beaches in the area. For a hassle-free vacation, we highly recommend renting a car directly at your arrival airport, where you can find the best deals and vehicles, as the region does not have an efficient public transportation system. However, for those without a driver's license or not interested in renting a car, we can arrange a taxi service. Inside the walls of the villa, you'll have your own private, gated parking with space for up to three large cars.
