Free wifi, free parking, free swimming pool and free tennis court! our pool offers a shallow end for younger guests, plenty of sitting area available at the pool, the terrace and the gardens. find the perfect shade spot for a little nap under our palm trees or immerse yourself into sunbathing laying on our comfy sunbeds or enjoy your summer read under our large sun umbrellas. tennis balls and rackets, even for the younger ones, are available free of charge.

the property is located above a little panoramic hill, away from the noise of the main road. you will find yourself surrounded by the sounds of nature in an oasis of calm. nearby you can find bars and charming little restaurants, first ones at less than 5 minutes walk away. small groceries and general amenities shops including tabac and newspaper also to be found at 10 minutes walk. for a better shopping experience including local handicrafts and designer stores you can visit the town of Menaggio ( 4 km ) and Lenno ( 2 km ). directly outside your front door you can join the local greenways to admire the most fascinating spots of the area. Villa Carlotta and Villa Balbianello are both situated on the greenway and you can reach them with an easy 15 minutes walk from the property.
