-the owner was very nice and understanding with the fact that I couldn't offer an arrival time, as it depended on the ferry schedule -it is very close to the ferry terminal so it's perfect for a night after or before taking the ferry to/from Sicily - the room was very large and clean and had a nice balcony - there is a private parking place just in front of the building (on the side of the road) -I was able to check-out a bit later and it was no problem -the owner asked for my preferences regarding breakfast and offered me what I chose. That was very nice! -I could pay with a credit card

The B & B, on three levels, it is located at the center of the town of Villa San Giovanni, near Piazza Rosario, on the Strait of Messina, about 200m from the entrance of the A3 motorway and approximately 250m from the railway station and the landing stage for the FS Sicilia. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV and Wi-Fi Free, with facilities on every floor and in every room. Breakfast, based on typical local products, is served in the common room / relaxation equipped with a TV and small library. During spring and summer time we organize excursions and trekking to GAMBARIE, the most important tourist resort in the province of Reggio, and in all the territory of the National Park of Aspromonte, and boat trips along the splendid COSTA VIOLA and his SCILLA pearl.
