He was very kind to offer a ride from the main building of the hotel(which is about 6 km from the center) to the apartment, which was about 1,5km away. . Room is quit small, but has everything you need. About 7 min walk from the apartment there's a bus stop where you can take a bus to go to Verona's city center . One bus is faster (but it doesn't go as often) ,another one is slower. Otherwise, everything was goodAle LithuaniaLithuania

When checking out, we asked if there was a medical center nearby. The host of the place, an older gentleman, tried to call the local medical center. When he couldn't get in touch by phone, he demanded to take us to the medical center and make sure that the reception will be in English. He jumped into his car and advised us to follow. Great service!

When you have the most memorable stay with such great people. Andrei simply was a star, nothing too much trouble. He speaks so many languages, he is great host and great to chat to at the bar. He was the difference between going to room or staying and having a great night in the hotel bar. Such an asset to the hotel! Jenny and Stuart The Nottingham Forest fans.
