Property info

At the villa we have 7 bedrooms with their own bathroom. On the ground floor there are two relaxation rooms with large sofas and each with its own fireplace, a TV and reading room and a large dining room. All these rooms are open to the huge terrace, from which you can admire the whole valley, with the lake in the center. There is also a large kitchen, perfectly equipped. From the ground floor you can reach the first floor, where you will find 5 large bedrooms, each with a window that gives directly onto the magnificent view, one of the 5 also has a beautiful balcony, where you can admire the magnificent sunsets. To complete the sleeping area, there is a smaller bedroom, with a French bed, with its own private bathroom. The seventh bedroom is on the ground floor, very large with a sitting area and with direct access to the terrace. Do not miss its private bathroom. A comfortable internal staircase leads downwards, where you can access a loggia with arches and comfortable seats to relax. But a few steps are enough to access the solarium, perfectly equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds and then to big swimming pool, surrounded by stone paving and lawn and in a panoramic position

We are in Umbria, but very close to Tuscany, Villa Gosparini is there, overlooking Lake Trasimeno with its islands, surrounded by greenery, nature, silence and peace. From its 700 meters above sea level, it dominates the lake, but also the whole valley surrounded by reliefs, creating a unique landscape of its kind. Ideal place for relaxing stays, but an excellent starting point for visiting the countless cities of art, history, culture and gastronomy that surround it. All reachable in a very short time, to organize even one-day visits It is a classic Umbrian / Tuscan farmhouse from the middle of the last century, completely renovated, but which has not lost its true roots, its colors, its splendid “Serena” stone. Staying at Villa Gosparini will be an unforgettable experience, surrounded by greenery with all the comforts and total privacy.
