We visited Villa il Castagno for our Easter holidays. We arrived to Rome (Fiumiccino airport) and then with car to the apartment in two hours and a half (not to far from Rome). The check in was easy and the room so nice. The view from the windows and the garden was like a movie. The breakfast was simple but delicius with local products from the area of Tuscan. We stayed for three days but the feeling was more than a week. The Villa is so close to Sienna center and also you can visit other towns and villagew (San Gimignano) in lees 30minutes. The olive oil and the wine that they produce its AMAZING.

An absolutely gorgeous place. On a hill, with a beautiful view, very close to Siena, in the middle of the vineyards. Furnished with style, very comfortable. Friendly staff, rich breakfast. In the evening you can choose from a varied and tasty menu, and the wines are a delight.

Beautiful fully restored farmhouse on top of a hill with views over the Tuscan hills. Surrounded by olive trees and vineyards. Great room with comfortable beds. Clean. Fantastic pool with great views. Good breakfast. We tried the onsite restaurant and it was great. Great food! Cooked to perfection. Very friendly staff from reception, cleaning staff, restaurant staff and chef. Would i recommend, definitely!
