The property (90 sqm), spread on one single floor and tastely furnished, can accommodate up to 6 people for a total of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. You are welcomed by a spacious living area with large sliding windows, consisting of: living/dining room with TV, fireplace, kitchenette (with electric oven, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, American coffee maker, toaster). The sleeping area includes: 1 double bedroom with sliding doors and a corridor leading to a bathroom with shower; 2 double bedrooms both with sliding windows and ensuite bathroom with shower. There is Wi-Fi connection and air conditioning. Pets are allowed on request. The property boasts a private fenced garden, characterized by a stone-paved courtyard and lawn. Among the outdoor spaces there is a lounge area (with a sofa and armchairs) and a dining area. At the center of the courtyard there is a lovely swimming pool (8 x 5 m with a central hydromassage area with a depth that varies from 0.90 to 1.00 m). The pool is equipped with parasols, sunbeds and deckchairs. Villa la Tabaccaia is located in the countryside near Montaione, a medieval village in the Florentine province, rich in art, history, culture and traditions. Here guests will find all the essential services. Famous for glass processing and high quality food and wine products (including the White Truffle), Montaione is the perfect place to stay to quickly reach the main and most beautiful cities in the region: Florence, Siena, Lucca and Pisa.
