Amazing location next to a lake in the countryside - some good restaurants near and a nice breakfast. They do a great job to make you feel welcome and the owner is very nice 😊 we felt amongst friends here

I would definitely not recommend it for holidays in Firenze :o) On the other hand, it's very close to a quite large outlet shopping center, which might be convenient for somebody. The hotel itself is clean, staff does its work quickly, parking is easy directly in front of the hotel and the desk is open 24/7.

It is in the hills towards the Appennino and remains quite fresh even when the weather is very hot. The swimming pool is a big bonus. From there you can explore Florence, Pisa, Bologna and many other places. Also, there is a variety of nice and not so expensive local restaurants around the place.
