Villa immersed in the countryside of Fraginesi and a few minutes from the beaches and the main tourist attractions. It presents itself as a romantic Provencal-style rustic stone house, equipped with a large swimming pool for an unforgettable holiday. The house has 3 large bedrooms for 6/7 guests and a cot. 2 bathrooms, one of which is the master bedroom. Outside there are two large verandas (one of which is equipped with a barbecue) and a large park of centuries-old olive trees and exotic plants where you can spend your holidays in the best possible way.

Neighborhood info

The location is very convenient: ideal for exploring the surroundings. Castellammare is just a few km away, as are the beaches close to the property: the closest, Guidaloca, is less than two km away. For those who want to dedicate themselves to culture, Palermo, Trapani as well as the Segesta theater are less than an hour's drive away. The most popular activities are boat trips to the most glamorous areas (Scopello stacks, Riserva dello Zingaro, etc.) but if you love cycling, you will also have many opportunities to pedal in the surroundings. And don't forget that Trapani airport as well as Palermo airport are about half an hour's drive from the Villa.
