This is a small quaint mountain village surrounded by a wall. Parking for visitors is outside the wall. There is an old fortress Rocca di Montecarlo which is privately owned and open to visitors on weekends only. The Teatro dei Rassicurati (Theatre of the Reassured) must be the tiniest theatre ever and has an interesting history. The staff of the Tourist Office have a key and you can go inside free of charge. The Main Street is Via Romana and from the small square you get wonderful views over the countryside. The bell of the tower chimes every hour and can be seen for miles around. There are plenty of eating places and we saw quite a few visitors, some had come by bicycle, and we even saw a bus tour. Olive groves and vineyards are a common sight.

Small village but with a very interesting fortress which is worth a visit. The view from the top is marvellous. There is a limited number of eating establishments but the ones we went to, La Terrazza and Ristrovino, were excellent.

No breakfast served. This is an one bedroom apartment. The location was excellent for me because many of my activities were around San Salvatore, Monte Carlo and an event place, Casolare dei Fiori, nearby. I could walk to them. It was quiet. Easy to get to sleep. The family that owns the house checked in with me to make sure everything was okay. They also picked me up and took me to the train station which is about 3/4 mile away. Nice touch! Plenty of clothes hangers. Many places only have a few. Good WiFi.

Absolutely wonderful! It's exactly like on photos and even better. You literally live in a castle! But with AC, smart TV, good Wi-fi, washing machine etc. Nice little garden, big kitchen, great location. It's 1min from restaurants and cafés (Montecarlo is a lovely town). Hosts are wonderful! They were very helpful, welcomed us with a bottle of local wine and gifted us their homemade olive oil (made of olives from our garden). I highly recommend staying here, it's an exceptional experience.

The breakfast was different every morning with lovely freshly baked cakes, breads and pastries. The location was ideal to visit monte Carlo and local restaurants with great views. The host and her family really made our stay extra special, helping to organise/book restaurants, guiding to local attractions, amazing breakfast freshly made, toys and books for our infant were very helpful. We will certainly be returning.

Appartments located in distinct area about 2km from Montecarlo, with almost no neighbourhood, surrounded by trees and bushes. We had really nice view from our bedroom. There is enough parking place for all guests. Two nice pools at the location. Every apartment has its own terrace place and barbecue. The service people were really nice and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Each room has a separate air conditioning.

The swimming pool is deep (2,55 meters) and has a separate jacuzzi as well, making this an excellent location to chill. The attached wine farm and restaurant are of a good quality, you can sit and have dinner with a baby monitor on your table. Staff got us a table despite our late arrival. There was a mini bar. Montecarlo is just around the corner and is really nice, Luca is worth a visit too.

The hotel is small but clean and lovingly decorated inside. It is very convenient that you can drive up to the door and unload things. Although the hotel is in the very center and in the pedestrian area. Parking is very close and free. An excellent choice for those traveling in Tuscany. The hostess Francesca treated us like her close relatives, she was happy to help in everything.

The property is located on a quiet place some 10 min walk from Montecarlo. The first 300m you need to walk on a road without sidewalk, We had very spacious apartment, which was clean and equipped with everything what we needed. We could easily park on a private parking on the grounds of the property. The place has nice restaurant with magnificent wines from own production.

Beautiful location. We stayed here during a heat-wave and it was really good. It has a big and refreshing swimming pool with scenic backdrop of the Monte Carlo village. We stayed in an Apartment which was and remained cool. It offers nice wines and has a really good restaurant next to it make sure to book a table there! The staff is very friendly!

Really pretty spot. The building and the restaurant look amazing! The room was exactly what we wanted, a quiet place to stay close to the cozy town of Montecarlo. It's not the newest, cleanest hotel we've ever stayed at, but for the price we couldn't ask for more to be honest. Would definitely stay again!

Everything about our stay was wonderful. Francesca was very accommodating and pleasant. The entire hotel is exactly what you would expect in a walled Tuscan city. When you stay, you must have a relaxing drink in the "aviary" on the second floor.
