“The staff, as mentioned in other reviews is fantastic. They really seem to care about your stay from the moment you check in. We stayed four nights during our honeymoon and we were greeted with some sparkling wine and food after arriving. The property is situated about 20 mins from central Sorrento, which for us, was a good thing. You can take their free shuttle down and up multiple times a day without hassle. The view is fantastic and the property is small enough that you’ll rarely encounter other guests.”

I received an email and phone call regarding the need to stay in a sister property down the road from the original property. This property was beautiful, not sure what the original looked like, but everything worked out. Free shuttle to Sorrento center with various time schedules. Very convenient due to the fact that hotel is far from the center. Swimming pool with a view. Convenient restaurant on the property, fair prices, great menu. Bar in the property, but it was empty—option to request drinks. Complimentary breakfast, so much to pick from. Option for eggs and breakfast. Shuttle pick up from the Naples train station for a fee, 79 euros which I thought was fair. The restaurant staff was excellent! The front desk staff was a hit or miss but mostly good.”
