First floor of a wonderful Mediterranean style villa, suitable for 5 persons, 110 m2 living space + 20 m2 terrace, featuring: 2 large bedrooms, large living room with dining area and panoramic terrace (wonderful 360 degree viewsand sunset exposure to Ischia and small island Vivara), fully equipped kitchen, panoramic rooftop solarium and private parking area. Villa is surrounded by a vast luxuriant garden, with exotic plants, maritime pines, lemon trees and multicolored buganvilleas, where you can use barbecue or have a lunch or spend relax time on hammock. Villa Rachele is strategically located (close to C1 line bus stop) a few minutes walking distance from beautiful beaches (Postino, la Chiaia e Ciraccio) and panoramic top view (Punta Serra). Wi-fi coverage throughout the house, where you can also admire neo-expressionist artist paintings.
I'm available for giving you all advises to show you marvellous island corner, seaside, informations on restaurant for enjoy typical procidian dishes, boat tours, cultural happening, activities (fishing experience) and sportive initiatives (tennis, sup, canoa, diving).
A few metres from a island typical restaurant under lemon trees, where you can appreciate also a fantastic bucatini with rabbit sauce. Close to the villa there is a spa with swimming pool. To 400 meters you can find a shopping area. A few minutes by the famous beach of Postino (close to a food shop of typical dishes ready for you) and from others beaches (la Chiaia and Ciraccio). To 20 meters there is C1 line bus stop. Panoramic view of Punta Serra to 200 meters.
