Great location with walking distance to Limone, stunning views of the lake and directly on the lake. Very friendly and helpful reception and restaurant staff!

We had a room with a view of the lake and direct access to the private beach. Sunbeds and umbrella are available for guests of the hotel. There is also a good size swimming pool with lots of space around it. Breakfast has a good choice of fresh fruit, ham, cheese, bread, eggs and bacon or sausages and sweet treats. The view is breathtaking. We didn't eat at the restaurant, but the menu was very good. There is a small lift.

Location, location, location . Fantastic position right down to the lake.. Slightly out of town but easy walk to the centre. An older property which gave it character. Breakfast was good. The restaurant looks out over the lake.

Very Nice staff and excellent service. Had a wonderful stay. The hotel/restaurant team is doing a great job! Charming Old hotel with excellent location. Very dog friendly, and still with respect and consideration for the other guests without dogs. This was our second stay, and we are looking forward to next time😃.

The hotel is in a beautiful location, right on the shores of the lake. It has a lovely pool area with sunbeds provided on the beach and in the gardens. The restaurant tables were placed on the beach in the evening, creating a lovely atmosphere for an evening meal. It took us around 10-15 minutes to walk into Limone.

Private beach, swimmming pool and closenest to Limone are huge adventages. We had a room on ground floor so it was very convinient to get to the lake or swimming pool.

Beautiful old villa directly at hill going down to the lake. Views exceptional. Private beach. Lovely restaurant and friendly staff. Close to walk to central limone. Watersports on site. Rooms could be a bit more comfortable but they have different categories and we had a really nice room. What makes this place special is the staff. The people in the restaurant are so friendly and The receptionists are most wonderful and approachable and really try to make you happy. It was almost like you come as stranger and leave as a friend! Always a smile and always so kind. Easy communication. I was really impressed. We will be back and miss it already! Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!
