“This was our second stay at this hotel - the first time in Villa Romita and the second in the hotel, Grand Hermitage. Firstly, the views are absolutely breathtaking. If you’re ok with not being in the town centre (there’s a shuttle bus to take you down to the town and back several times a day and also a public bus with some more times - the stop is right opposite the hotel), then stay here and enjoy waking up to views of Vesuvius! Secondly, the staff are the most attentive, kind and helpful of any hotel I’ve ever stayed in - they go out of their way to help you and it makes everything so less stressful (airport transfers for example). The pool area is lovely and clean and Tonino is a great drinks maker and generally great guy. Thank you to Renatino and the team, we loved Sorrento all over again!”
