We stayed in Villa Solare in October 2023 for 3 nights with my mum. We had the whole vila just to ourselves, it is a big house, fully furnished with nice garden and private parking. The sea is just 3mins walking to a smaller public beach and 10mins to beautiful Lido di Noto beach which offers all you need for perfect beach vacation, there is also couple minimarkets around so you can buy there what you need. The highway is nearby so connection to airport is easy, about 1hour ride. I would definitely recommend to come with a car so you are able to visit other places as well. The highlight is the owner, he wears his heart on sleeve, communication before, during and after our stay was perfect, he is very kind, super responsive, you can see he really cares that you enjoy your stay, he explained everything perfectly and even helped me to park our car since it was a bit challeneging to get into private parking. Overall we had a great time and can definitely recommend.

Proximity to Nice Beach, quiet area. Helpful and forthcoming owner. At one incident; lost power to the house. Owner came in 15 minutes, and it showed that the problem was with the water pump. After 2.5 hours it was fixed👍. Private car parking.

Es war ohne Frühstück Sehr schöner Garten, ein ganzen Reiheneckhaus für uns, Sitzplätze an allen Seiten dh immer Schatten bzw Sonne, je nach belieben.

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollen angelegten Garten. Das Haus war für 2 Personen mehr als ausreichend. Wenige Meter bis zum Meer. Die Lage vom Haus fanden wir sehr gut. Es ist zwar direkt daneben ein Hotel,was aber überhaupt nicht stört. Da man einen wunderschönen für sich abgeschlossenen Garten um sich herum hat.

De villa ligt dichtbij meerdere stranden in een rustig straatje. De tuin van de villa is heel mooi, met een olijven- en bananenbomen. Vlakbij is een minimarket. De eigenaar is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Wspaniali gospodarze. Bardzo nam pomogli i opiekowali się nimi. Czekali na nas do późna i pomogli dostać siw do apartamentu. Apartament duży, ładnie urządzony, czysty. Piękny ogród, mnóstwo miejsca. Bardzo blisko do morza i do restauracji. Serdecznie polecam!

La posizione fantastica accanto ad una spiaggia di sabbia dorata e fine, la cosa più bella è il senso di oasi quando si chiudono i cancelli e si rimane immersi tra il verde delle piante esotiche, del prato e delle farfalle che svolazzano, La villetta è molto ben attrezzata e veramente funzionale tra gli spazi interni e quelli esterni. Dulcis in fundo : il proprietario gentilissimo e prodigo di consigli su cosa vedere nella zona ottimizzando anche i tempi dato il nostro breve soggiorno.

Posizione ideale sia per la spiaggia accanto la villa che come punto di partenza per escursioni nel Val di Noto, tutte a 30/ 40 minuti al massimo di distanza dalla villa che ha quindi una posizione baricentrica e strategica. Proprietario accogliente che si è prodigato al massimo per accoglierci e consigliarci cosa vedere e come ottimizzare il poco tempo a disposizione. Villa ricca di tutti i confort e con un giardino e piante esotiche che fanno sembrare di essere in un oasi. Peccato essere rimasti così poco, adattissima per soggiorni più lunghi con famiglie e figli. Consigliatissima !!!
