The villa, equipped with air conditioning in the living room and in some bedrooms, welcomes guests onto the large and bright living room equipped with a comfortable sofa and an armchair to relax and watch the flat-screen TV; next is the living room with a dining table with chairs and the kitchen, fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, gas hob, dishwasher, electric kettle, juicer, American coffee machine and toaster. The living room overlooks, through a window, the beautiful covered patio with a small relaxation area with sofas and dining table with chairs, perfect for outdoor breakfasts and dinners, all enriched by a splendid view of the lake. The first double bedroom with large wardrobes and the bathroom with whirlpool tub, sink, bidet and toilet complete the floor. The villa, equipped with Wi-Fi connection, continues to amaze with the second floor, entirely dedicated to the sleeping area. The master bedroom, furnished with a double bed, large wardrobes and fireplace, boasts a splendid view of the lake. On the same floor our guests will find a double sofa bed and another bathroom with shower, sink, bidet and toilet. On the ground floor there is a large suite, equipped with a double bed, sofa, armchair and wardrobes, which comes with a private en suite bathroom with shower, sink, bidet and toilet. Rooms located on the ground floor have a French window with an interior view. A further bedroom is located next to the garage area, and is also equipped with a double bed, wardrobes and a bathroom with shower, sink, bidet and toilet. Lastly, on the ground floor of the villa guests will find the garage area and the laundry area with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The town of Manerba is surrounded by the green of Valtenesi hills and in the hinterland agricultural estates offer tastings of Garda olive oil and D.O.C. wines, experiences of horse riding, local trattorias and splendid golf courses. Manerba del Garda also offers excellent campsites and tourist villages, easily reachable by bus and well connected to the main attractions. The residential area is protected by the Rocca di Manerba, a hill overlooking the lake and place to take pleasant walks through the Natural Park, where it is possible to see a large part of Lake Garda and some of its islands. The villa is easily reachable from the nearby Verona Villafranca Airport which is only 45 minutes away by car.
