The villa is located on the seafront of Addaura, north coast of Sicily, a few km from the center of Palermo and close to the beach of Mondello. It enjoys a splendid panorama on the rocky coast and the sea, which can be reached by means of steps in front of the gate of the villa. Whenever guests leave the villa they will bring with them the key of the entrance gate of the villa and will store the key of the apartment in the appropriate safety box. • Interior spaces 1) Smoking is prohibited 2)Please pay attention to the parquet 3)Please always close the windows or doors before leaving. 4) In case you return from the beach ( sand) please use the outdoor showers. 5)The lighting and temperature conditioning must be turned off when you leave. • Outdoor areas 1)The umbrellas in the outside area can only be used during your presence. In case of your absence and during the night they will have to be closed. 2) The furniture in the terraces are equipped with cushions that should be stored inside the apartments in case of strong wind or rain. 3) When using the barbecue, always make sure that the embers are off before leaving it unattended. 4) In the garden of the villa, if necessary, there is the presence of the Host’s employees (gardeners, maintenance) The day before departure, the estimated time of check-out must be communicated. At check out you will need to: wash the kitchen equipment used, leave the refrigerators empty. - Do not leave garbage inside the apartments, close the windows and lock the door.
