Everything was very clean, quiet, the room was nicely done and very modern. Breakfast was very very good and tasty, more than I expected. Very good service, the staff is really helpfull. Nice view is a bonus. Location is just right. Near enough to the old town, far enough so that it's quiet. Stayed only for one night so didn't have a chance to judge what the distance is to one of the local beaches.

Wonderful room with a view of the lake and lawn with chairs to the lake. The hotel was extremely clean and the staff helpful. The location was great, an easy road to get to and then an easy walk to the old Sirmione.
