The staff was very nice and helpful with everything I needed. The room was nice and clean and it's not bunk beds, but normal ones, which makes a lot of difference for me. The bathrooms were also very clean. And check in and check out uncomplicated. It's not in the city center, but that was a plus for me to be a bit out of the 'chaos and noise' of the center. I recommend this place very much!

AlgeriaI stayed here for one night in transit. Unfortunately, I didn't arrive until nearly midnight. I had alerted the property and they were okay with it. The bed was comfy, bathrooms and room area were clean. Excellent location to the metro station allowing you to access the city. I had breakfast for 3 euros. Bread, jams, coffee, croissants, pastries, cereal and milk. The bed was made up for me and a good size locker was free. My 40-liter pack fit in it. There was a powerstrip to charge things and a clip-on light.

IsraelWOW was about a five minute walk away from the train that takes you to the center which was really convenient. On the other side of the block, there are shops to eat and a supermarket that isn't too far from the hostel which was also convenient. The staff was super friendly and my stay was perfect for the two days I spent in Milan.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating with everything and was able to check in earlier and leave my stuff. Would stay here again 100%
