Townhouse 7 is located in a newly constructed EXCLUSIVE residential complex that has been completed in spring 2015 and consists of only 12 units! The development is accessed by a security gate with entry phone system and there are small parking lots available for all the tenants of the residence. A parking lot is not always guaranteed. There are public parking lots outside the residence long the street.
A common pool is also on site.
We love our little house with its perfect position and want to share it with friendly guests from everywhere.
The residence is near the railway station and several shops and bars and a pharmacy. You can reach the beach by foot in 15 min.
Tropea is the next little town with a lot of cute shops and restaurants and ice cream bars. It has a historic centre and is an attraction for tourists. You can easily reach it by train.
