The owners are super nice and friendly. There's complementary tea whenever we asked. The rooms are plain but satisfactory. the beds are comfortable. The breakfast is good and the dinner is excellent. Other guests were really nice. It's a nice place to stay.

We stayed with a friend during or way to petra. It was a very good villlage with friendly people. Actually, anyone who does the Kings way should stop in this lovely village. We had an amazing time in the castle hotel and the owner was very caring. The room was warm, with hot water and clean. THey also cooked for us an amazing breakfast and made the trip enjoyable. Definitely positive about this place.

We were here in the winter time, so we've got flood rain at the morning of our leave. We had problems to get from the village, but the hotel people were so kind to help us to get our rented car off the village. There is always space to be better. But the old village and the local people are kind and welcoming so you could not expect 4* professionals here, but you can get in touch with the true Jordanians here :) ) (Hint: The route to the village is just dirt, so it is becoming very slippery after the rains. Be aware :) )
