The location is incredible. Upon arrival served with tea and juice and promptly checked in. The dinner buffet was excellent with lots of options. The bubble itself was AWESOME. The king bed was very comfortable. We had some issues with no hot water and the jacuzzi wasn’t working. They let us use an unused bubbles jacuzzi while they fixed ours. After dinner and shisha, we went back to our room and the hot water and jacuzzi were in working order. Stay here if you can, truly a great experience. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.

This was probably the coolest place I've ever stayed. The bubbles are incredibly comfortable and the setting is unbelievable. My brother and I stayed Christmas eve and Christmas day and the staff went out of their way to make Christmas feel merry. Dinners and breakfasts were outstanding, and the staff were all friendly and attentive. I really can't say enough about how beautiful the location is - feels like staying on another planet. I would 100% stay here again and would recommend it highly. One note: there is no alcohol served on the property, but you can bring in your own wine if you would like to enjoy it during dinner.

Obviously, everyone books this hotel for the bubble experience of being able to look up at the sky while lying comfortably in bed. So I'll start there. It's absolutely incredible. There is very little light pollution in the area, so the stars are super bright even while looking at them through the bubble room. The plastic is kept clean so there weren't any huge smudges or anything, so that was great. The bubble itself is made up of three "mini bubbles" : the living area, the bedroom, and the bathroom. The living area and the bedroom both have a heater/AC unit, There's also a nice hot tub (didn't get in because it was too windy), and ALL of the kitchen staff are wonderfully kind people. There's also a free shuttle to Petra and Petra by Night, so that was nice! Or if you drive, Petra is only about 15-20 minutes away!

Amazing unusual feeling of being "Mars colonist". View of stars at night. For most part everything works quite neatly. Crazy sound effects due to sphere reflections. Trippy candlelight setting with Bedouin music in thr main bubble. Nice breakfast: awesome omelets and sweets.
