My stay here will forever be memorable. The service exceeded all expectations. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, clearly expecting me, and knew my name from the moment I walked up to the entrance. The room was exceedingly clean and modern while also being authentically Japanese. The in-room onsen was amazing. The views of the river and foothills, as well as Inuyama castle were inspiring. The Japanese meal, in a private dining room overlooking the river while the sun set behind the foothills, with impeccable service from Koyoka, was an incredible experience that I will never forget. I plan to return here at some point and stay longer than a single night. I walked the 20 minutes from the station and it was a pleasant walk, about half of it along the river with trees for shade. I wouldn't recommend it in the summer or if you're not a walker, but I enjoyed it and consider it a valuable part of my experience.

Absolutely wonderful hosts in a beautiful part of Inuyama. It is a bit off the beaten path but it is completely worth it! If you can stay one or more nights so you can take in Inuyama as a whole. My wife and I will be back!

Amazing unforgettable ryokan experience. Beautifully perched next to picturesque Inuyama castle and river with views from in room Onsen. Attentive service and delicious kaiseki dinner as well as hearty breakfast. Gorgeous building and very considerate rooms, at the same time historic and comfortably contemporary. Reasonably easy to navigate from Nagoya via train.

スタッフの方々のお気遣いが最高でした。特に若い男性スタッフの方が、廊下を通る際には控え目で、こちらが目を向けるとすぐに用事に応えてくださいまして、とても心地よく過ごすことができました。 今回は両親へこの旅行をプレゼント、4名で宿泊したのですが、料理はもちろん、お夜食にと夕食に残した里芋のごはんをおにぎりとして、また別でおいなりさんもおもたせとしてかわいいかごに入れて下さって、滞在中は何時も楽しませていただくことができました。 一名は事前に飛騨牛コースに変更していただいていたのですが、朝食でも肉料理にしましたと、特にリクエストせずとも、素晴らしい対応をしていただきました。 友人から東海で泊まるならここが最高と聞いて予約を入れましたが、その通り、両親はとても喜んでくれました。さいごまで丁寧で素敵なおもてなし、ありがとうございました。
