- there's one old clerk he's very professional. he's very polite and kind. also an other clerk too. also they do good team play. at the night we got lost to go to onsen asked to one staff he was kindly leads us to onsen floor even he stopped what he's doing. waitress were very polite too. they serving "A" rank service. they knows how to deal with customers. we only talked with 4staffs when we stay but all are very kind and good. they know what customers want.👍🏻 - room are big and comfy. futon and bed we could pick whichever we want. bed linens and tatami are clean too. - loads of parkings. it's nice. - good to have little morning stroll. beautiful nature and silence.
