“What we liked about the property most was the location, cleanliness of the home and the attentiveness of the staff. The house was in a prime location, as it was only a few minutes walk away from the metro. If we needed anything the property provided a mobile phone that we could carry with us while we were out exploring the city. A delicious breakfast was provided each morning. The home was cleaned every morning while we were out exploring the city. Yusuke, the property manager, welcomed us and answered all of our many questions upon arrival; he even made a list of delicious restaurant recommendations. Before we left, he sent us off with tasty Japanese mini cakes and tangerines for the trip home. He was remarkably kind and we were both very appreciative of his time and hospitality throughout our short stay in Tokyo. We felt like we were in our own home. “It was a complete house to ourselves, although small, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay in s traditional Japanese home with tatami mats as well as western seating and a small kitchen. Location was good steps from subway so get a subway tourist pass . Breakfast was good, both the traditional Japanese and the western, I would suggest combining them if you are a family to try both as the pastries were delicious . . “It is called an Hotel, but in fact you got a two floor house in Tokyo center for yourself! Yet the staff is there to help: they bring breakfast in the morning, they make the daily cleaning while your are gone, they even brought us by car to Odaiba and brought our luggage up to the train station when we checked out: great service! House is a traditional Japanese house, with some vintage design elements (interior designer worked on it). You have a living room, a kitchen a bathroom, two toilets, and a great sleeping set up at the second floor. It is beautiful, but most importantly it is very cosy as you can chill in your own sofa if you feel like it. Literally 1 minute walking form the keiku line where you have direct trains to Narita (1.5 hours) en Haneda. Best surface/price value we have had in our 9 accommodations in Japan. ” Read more

“Loooooooved having the Japanese breakfast. The continental was great too but when in Rome... The staff are absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to keep us comfortable. Such a classic property and we slept like logs on the beautifully maintained tatami. Travelling as family of three girls, we were thrilled to get each have a sink of our own. “The location of the house is super. It is 2 minutes walk to the train station and 10-15 minutes train ride to the mail Tokyo attractions. The house is very cosy, well equipped and very clean. It is a tradition Japanese house, beautifully decorated. The hospitality of the owner and staff is outstanding, very helpful. They will come at least 1-2 a day to check if you do not need anything and the phone is supplied if you need to ring them as well. They are ready to assist with any enquires. There is a big supermarket 10 minutes walk, 7Eleven 5 minutes walk and lots of local restaurant.
