United States of AmericaThe room is very functional with a long desk and the bathroom as well. We had an excellent 4-night stay and couldn't have asked for a better choice at this price range. Front desk staff were nice and courteous , especially Lin Yuwen who's very kind and helpful whenever we had questions. Location is great - centrally located with many eateries and convenient stores around. We would definitely stay here again when we visit Fukuoka next time.

JapanI booked for 3 nights and then have a situation and had to have to reduce it to 2 nights. Even when the website said there’s a penalty for that the staff helped and we got cash back instead of the penalty.
