The reception staff is the icing on the cake. Mr Hosoya was very kind to us. We had too much luggage and required a large taxi to take us to the bus station. He called many companies for us. Although we had to go in 2 taxis in the end, I am deeply touched by his dedication and sincerity. The hotel is literally steps away from the subway station. The rooms are spacious and clean.

The rooms are very spacious, plenty of room for your luggage and shopping. The pods have a fan which is not always found. There is a public bath and a manga reading room lounge.

It was perfect. From the location to the eateries just beside the hotel and the amazing Supermarket across the road. The lift right outside the hotel was also a major plus point!

Accessible from subway (exit 7) the elevator was in front of hotel lobby 10/10, comfy bed and pillow, can get my fav milk at lawson on ground floor, supermarket, famima and coffee cafe just accross the street. Major love

Perfectly good hotel located close to the Tokyo Dome with a train station right outside the door. Appreciated by Japanese tourists and thus very few Europeans, which we liked and added to the authenticity. The public bath was beautiful, clean and a nice way to finish the evening after a long day. Generous Japanese breakfast and noodles in the evening. Not fancy, but clean and practical. Good value for our money. The pajamas offered by the hotel was a fun addition.

Check in was easy. Staff were very helpful and professional, they provided extra pillows The room was clean and although we didn't pay for a daily clean, the hotel provided clean towels daily, which was great. The onsen was great, I just wish the dry sauna was in the female onsen, although I still really did enjoy the wet onsen. They also had free laundry machines and driers (you have to pay 100yen for the driers). They also had free ramen after 9.30PM. Also free ice cream and yogurt drinks after onsen. Would defs go to this hotel again.
