Nice location Convenient to have a watching machine in the room

The room was great, we had 2 single beds plus a sofa bed. It was sufficient for three of us with enough space to move around; it even had a small table and chairs. The washing machine in the washroom was a good addition. The bathroom and shower were great, just what we needed after a long day travelling and exploring the city. Loved the complimentary coffee. And, just 12 minutes away from Shinjuku station.

I really like that there are washing machines and clothes dryers in the room, but there were not enough hangers and space for hanging clothes, table and chairs are relatively small. The most thoughtful thing is the individual toothpaste packaging, as for other hotels toothpaste always comes along with the brush, it is a pity to waste the brush while we only needed the paste. Staff was helpful.

The location was perfect and the staff very helpful and friendly. We did a street view before visiting and it didn’t look nice, however when we arrived it did exceed our expectations and the location was just perfect! We were 2 women and it did feel very save coming back after dark. The room was well sound proof so as soon as we closed the window the room was quiet for a great sleep. We will definitely book this place again when coming back to Tokyo.
