„Homely feel with a delicious breakfast each morning. Mix of Japanese and western style. Eggs, bacon, toast, rice (owner grows himself and was delicious), fish. I am coeliac and they catered for my gluten free needs. Supplied gluten free soy sauce. Free water and coffee in the lobby. Lovely onsen downstairs which was great after a long day of skiing, coin laundry facilities. Fast free wifi. Owner drove us in a free shuttle wherever we needed to go and assisted with moving luggage and ski equipment. There is a snow equipment drying room. Excellent hospitality and I would highly reccomend this place. “„0“

„What a wonderful place to stay, in a great location! Our hosts were beautiful, smiling, happy people who went out of their way to help and make us feel welcome. The offer of a minibus ride to the slopes each morning was really appreciated, as was the great onsen each evening. The breakfast every morning were a highlight and a great way to start each day. We even had dinner there one night, which was easily the best meal we had in Hakuba.“„0“

„Absolutely LOVE the couple that run the property. Two of the kindest, sweetest people you will ever meet. Always happy to drop us anywhere on happo or goryu mountains. The rooms were larger than expected and were super cute, very clean and comfortable. Property has a great drying room for ski gear too. Picked us up and dropped us at the train station on arrival and departure no matter the time. 10/10 would recommend this place to everyone and would love to stay again! “„0“

„Central location. Walking distance to restaurants, Echoland, and Happo village. Owner pick up to ski resorts in the morning. Free shuttle bus stops 2 minutes walking distance from hotel which we used for return. “Served” breakfast in the morning is of great quality. Small onsen is a great way to relax after a day of ski. Dinner is good and inexpensive if too tired to go out. Highly recommended.“„0“

„We were received so kindly par our guests ! They were really lovely, attentive and considerate to our needs. They drove us to and from the ski slopes, let me stay in our room with my daughter who was sick the last day (while dad and the elder one went skiing), were always prompt to answer our requests. Very honest as well (we made a mistake when booking online we hadn't noticed, and they refunded the difference without us asking for anything)... Excellent Italian restaurant around, if you do not wish to eat on site (less than 5' walk).“„0“
