Very quiet room which was well equipped with everything I needed. Staff were super friendly and very helpful. Location was great . Just a 5 min walk from the station. Had a direct line to the airport.

i just want to commend the staff for going above and beyond to make sure that my stay was comfortable!! they were always so polite, wishing you well when you go out and greeting you when you come back plus i really appreciated how the staff took care of forwarding my luggage to my next accommodation, making sure to call the next accommodation to make sure someone would be able to receive my luggage and then making it so that i could save a little bit of money as well cos i had to send two luggages. i would definitely recommend staying in this hotel and i would love to stay here again next time i'm in tokyo!!

Cozy hotel in great neighborhood. Hotel is super quiet, but within 10 minutes walking there are tons of restaurants of all types. Convenient for JR and Subway. Room is comfy and well laid out, standard size for this price range in Tokyo. Great jogging to be had on all the portside boardwalks.

Located a short walk to the train station and amany restaurants which made it very convenient for us. It was one train ride from the Yokohama cruise terminal and one train ride to Tokyo Station and the Narita Express bus. The front desk staff provided very excellent, professional and courteous service with respect to both check-in, check-out, and assistance in locating our lost camera. They communicated to us and to the Japanese park authorities with great care and precision regarding our needs. Breakfast was very good - variety, quality and service were excellent. Room cleaning was done very well and completely.

For the price the room was nice, quiet, clean and comfortable. Bathroom was rather large for a business hotel which was nice. I also got a view of the river with my room which was lovely. Location is the best part. It's a five minute walk to Tamachi station which I used almost daily. Just across from it is Mita station which connects to the Asakusa line so that was really convenient.

Enjoyed wooden floors on my level 2 room. Having the lounge on the same level was convenient and gave a good place to do work. Always seemed to be someone at reception which was comforting. Hotel was close enough to two train stations for convenient travel. Breakfast staff were always there to greet you and very prompt with their service.

The gracery hotel is an hotel I like to stay in at the end of my trips. It is very quiet, the room are comfy, the breakfast is very good and varied, and it is easy to go from there to the airport. The area around the hotel has developed in recent years, and it offers now a variety of restaurants. It is close to the Yamanote line, the mita line and the asakusa line
