“it was in a great location. The best thing was the staff. my friend and I did not eat fish and we told them this after the first nights dinner. They made every effort to prepare special meals for us. We were very grateful as we did not expect this.”

“This is a place for nature lovers and hikers. Behind the hotel starts the Mount Rausu trail head that you can climb after a delicate Japanese breakfast early morning. The day before we also had an excellent Japanese style dinner, all guests in yukata in the dinning room. Very warm atmosphere, great onsen facility with one mixed outside. Just pay attention to snakes...there are some around.”

“チェックアウト後、宿から知床五湖へ移動したかったのですが、その手段が約４キロ歩いた場所から路線バスに乗るしかありませんでした。宿ではバスの時刻を教えてくれたのですが、バス停まで車で送ってくれるとの申し出がありました。それだけでもありがたかったのですが、翌朝はあいにく雨が降っていました。「こんな雨の中、バス停で待っているとずぶ濡れになります」とおっしゃり、バス停でなく知床五湖まで車で送って下さりました。大変助かり、ご親切に感動した次第です。”“0”
