Everything was perfect. We need a night to stay in Sapporo for my first time here. New decorations hotel and super clean.

Nice, new hotel.Location is good, central, but a little further from Sapporo .It was clean, the room was a good size and the beds were comfortable.Not a lot of English spoken, but the staff were very polite and hospitable.

The hotel was close to an area with a lot of shops and restaurants. The airport limousine bus stop is about 5 to 10 mins walk away from the hotel. There was a handy phone with internet that you could take outside with you, which was very helpful for us. The hotel lobby looked very pleasant. The staff were very helpful though their English is limited. The room was very clean, modern, and well-lit. We loved the bathroom, though the toilet is separate. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations and definitely was good value for our money.
