The property is very clean, they had laundry services and I was able to get my clothes clean in here. The location is really good and close to a station, so you can go anywhere in Kyoto from here, just beware if you bring big bags you might have a lot of trouble with the transport service because there are no elevators for luggage.

AustraliaI like the location, cleanliness, & room amenities. Beds are comfortable and size is good enough. Linens are very clean, too. The hotel is situated near the Kyoto Imperial Palace and just a few minutes on foot to/from Marutamachi subway station. There are nearby restaurants, flower shop, convenient stores and a Catholic church.
JapanMy husband and I stay here regularly. The cleanliness and atmosphere make it a wonderfully convenient place to staycation. Breakfast is simple, and one morning when my husband wasn’t feeling well they let me bring it up to him.
JapanEverything about the room was wonderful; the beds were warm and soft, light fixtures easy to turn on and off from bed, and a simple layout and design that made it seem more spacious. We ended up staying a few extra days and could do so with no issues.
