they had the best cocoa in the lobby! Amenities downstairs if needed. We were English speaking and the front office made communicating with them very easy. And washers and dryers for clothes were fantastic!!!!!

Great location in the middle of Dotonbori, lots of shops, bars and restaurants in the area. Also located in between Namba and Nippombashi stations, which both have various lines serving them. Check in was seamless and the staff member was really friendly and helpful - also provided extra pillows which we had asked for. Room was clean and decent sized by Japanese standards. Pretty modern hotel with sufficient power points and USB charging ports. Overall, good value for what you get, especially if looking to stay around Dotonbori.
