The room is located approximately 6 minutes from Nezu Station(Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line) and it has nicely renovated. It is located in the upper floor and you need to use the stairs. There is only shower room. 【Notice】 We do not provide any cooking seasonings such as Salt,Sugar,etc. Please bring your own if you are planning to cook. ●Smoking is prohibited in all rooms. ●No shoes are allowed. Please be aware that you will be charged separately for repair costs in the event of loss or damage to equipment or facilities. ●Please wash dishes after use and leave them in the sink. Please do not put them in shelves or drawers. Please be quiet after 21:00. ●An extra charge of 30000 yen will be charged if your neighbor complains or police need to act.Please refrain from loud conversations, banquets outdoors such as on balconies, and playing musical instruments. ●No pets ●If the oversized garbage was left in the room, the extra charge may be applied. Please place garbage in the indoor garbage cans to prevent unusual odors.
