Clean. Great Location in China Town. Parking is available on the adjacent street. But still connected to the hotel. The parking was the mechanical elevator type. However my car was too low, so they had a few stalls outside of the structure. Worked out great. Great location in the center of the Nagasaki Lantern Festival 2019.
JapanThis hotel is centrally located, very close to the bus terminal and therefore really practical to catch the bus to Nagasaki airport. For this kind of Japanese business hotels, rooms are quite comfortable in terms of space. The hotel is clean and located in a quiet area, despite being central, right in the middle of Chinatown. This also means, you will have ready access to excellent Chinese food a few steps from the hotel. Staff was polite and helpful. I am not sure about their English language ability, since I speak Japanese. Breakfast was fine but the choise was a bit limited, also because of the coronavirus-induced restrictions, I suspect, and it was chiefly Japanese/Asian food.
