The location was very convenient and we could walk everywhere. We were there for the Snow Festival and it was only a few blocks away. The room was small but it had everything we needed. The back entrance to the hotel lead onto a pedestrian mall area which had food shops because I don't think there restaurant at the hotel opened at night. The staff were very helpful and a lot of them spoke English which was a nice surprise. The breakfast was very nice but the Breakfast area was small. They also had a dining/lounge common area upstairs where you could eat your take away. It also had vending machines for drinks and Anime DVDs and Manga books, which my daughter loved . This area also offered free massage chairs and ice blocks which was a treat.
