so tidy and organized room, well access to every places, nice and friendly stuff, and awesome value for the prices!!

- Large well-designed private room with private toilet and basin, and fridge + microwave. - Room had nice air-conditioning. - Shared shower room was right next to room, was always available and clean and had a nice bath + shower. - 10 mins walk from Asakusa Station and Tsukuba Express and Sensoji - Nice cafe, burger diner and ramen just downstairs. 7-11 one minutes walk away. - No laundry on-site but 24hrs coin laundry 3 minutes walk away - No staff on-site, but staff were very responsive to queries via booking messenger - Self-check in instructions were very comprehensive and easy to understand - Blazing fast internet in room (~ >230Mbps!). Fastest I ever come across in any accommodation in Japan.

Daily breakfast is sumptuous and Mr Tsumoto is so friendly and helpful with info. Coin laundry facility is just 5 mins walk away.
