Hong KongGreat hotel to stay in Echigo Yuzawa area! Room was spacious and clean, with very comfortable beds. Tasty breakfast buffet with many choices of both japanese and western food. We went to both public and private onsens and both were great, I recommend reserving a private onsen if it's available, it has beautiful view over the mountains. Staff was very helpful and polite. It's also convenient that the hotel offers transfers to and from train station, ski resort and restaurants in the evening. Highly recommend!

JapanThe staff were very kind and helpful. They picked us up at Echigo Yuzawa station when we arrived and kindly gave us lift back to the station when our trip was over. They also gave us a lift to the Ishiuchi trains station when needed. They answered all our questions and helped us booking taxis. The ryokan is very well mantained and has wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. The breakfast has plenty of good options. The ofuro and the onsen are small but comfortable. All in all a very nice ryokan.

ThailandThe staff were so nice and helpful. The room was completely satisfying that I could just tug in the bed and watching the tv, then go to the hot springs to spending my all day. Dinner and breakfast were great and you can have it in a relaxing pace. I will definitely reserve a room when I get to Minamiuonuma again.
