The manager had a brilliant map of suggested places to eat in the area which made it so easy to get out and about to explore. The rooms were carefully laid out and very comfortable. Overall atmosphere welcoming and helpful

LuxembourgEverything about this stay is close to perfect. We booked a One-Bedroom Suite for 3 persons. The suite is much larger than what we expected and much larger than all the other hotel rooms we stayed elsewhere. The facility looks pretty new and well maintained. The manager and staff are not there 24 hours but they are extremely helpful. They answered all the questions I have, went out to the street to help us get a taxi, and made multiple phone calls to the Eikan-do Zenrin-ji to get the information I needed. I can’t praise them more about their help. They speaks English very well also.
